Facades Manager

Ballymore is looking for an experienced Facades Manager to join our Construction team on The Capston (EG AO1) Project. This is a key site-based role with responsibility for the successful delivery of the façade package, coordinating contractors, logistics, quality, health and safety, interfaces and programme requirements. Working closely with the wider project team and façade contractor, you will ensure works are planned and sequenced effectively, delivered safely and completed to the required quality and design standards. We are looking for someone with strong façade industry experience who can take ownership of their package, build effective relationships on site and maintain a clear focus on quality, programme and safe delivery.
