About The Role
As a graduate on our programme, you will have extensive exposure and hands-on opportunities throughout our business, from planning and development to healthy and safety, to pre-construction, design and on-site construction management.
You will have a dedicated mentor to guide you throughout your time as a graduate as well as a two-year structured training to meet your professional development needs as we support you to achieve MSCSI chartership.

You’ll be graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant SCSI accredited subject
You'll be looking to start work in September 2026
Want to inspire us, speaking up about any new ideas you have
You’ll want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice
Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues
Have an ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
Are passionate with the curiosity and creativity to solve problems
